We begin with a warm rosemary compress for the face and neck. Next, Lesley will guide you through a 60-minute Sound Bath Yoga Nidra while you nestle peacefully under a warm blanket. Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep”, combines guided imagery with Savasana. While you soften in, Tricia from Solrae Wellness will offer relaxing scalp massages, a hydrating facial treatment, and a healing mist.
