Tarot Tuesday

Illuminate your inner wisdom; where movement meets intuition. In this 90min class you will flow through gentle yoga and grounding meditation to create space for insight and reflection. Each session features a themed tarot spread woven into our collective energy work. You'll receive both a group tarot reading and brief individual pull, with guidance to help interpret messages. Participants are encouraged to bring their own tarot or oracle cards to practice alongside the class- whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned reader, this.is a safe and supportive space to explore.

Flow & Let Go

This 75-minute class is a soulful blend of gentle vinyasa flow and restorative stillness-offering the perfect balance of movement and rest. We begin with slow, mindful sequences to awaken the body and clear stagnant energy, then transition into longer, supported poses infused with Reiki, breathwork, and meditative silence.

Perfect for all levels, this class supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deep sense of embodied peace. Come home to yourself in a space where grace and grounding meet.

Sacred Stillness

Yin/Restorative 

In a world that constantly asks us to go, do, and hustle- this class is your permission to pause. Sacred Stillness is a 60min journey designed to help you unplug, unwind, and reconnect with your inner calm. Combining the deep stretch of yin yoga with the gentle surrender of restorative yoga, this class is a nervous system reset for body, mind, and spirit. Each posture is held for several minutes to release tension from the fascia, open the energy channels (nadis), and create space for healing on a cellular level. You'll be supported with props, guided breath, and soothing cues to help you soften into stillness-no pushing, striving, just being.

Yin Yoga + Thai Massage

Receive, release, restore. This 90min class is all about nourishment through connection. Rooted in the ancient healing art of Thai Yoga, each session blends yin and restorative yoga, breathwork, and hands-on healing to help you release tension, increase mobility, and restore energetic flow. You'll be guided through assisted stretches acupressure, Reiki, and meditative movement all designed to support the body's natural healing. No experience required- just bring a willingness to slow down, open up, and experience deep, healing touch in a safe and supportive space.
