We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
Late cancelations: 50% of service fee
No-Shows: 100% of service fee
This allows us to respect our time and accommodate other guests. Non-payment of missed appointment fees may result in a permanent termination of services.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- 5-10 minutes late: service may be adjusted
- 10+ minutes late: appointments may need to be rescheduled.
Please communicate any unexpected delay to avoid appointment cancellation.
Anyone over 16* is welcome at Southern Smooth Wax Co. To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, only scheduled guests are permitted in the treatment room**.
*Intimate services require parental consent for individuals under 18.
**The salon has a strict no-children policy. If you bring your child, they must stay with you at all times during the appointment.
For best results, hair should be the length of a cupcake sprinkle (at least 1/4 inch long)!
Shower before your appointment and avoid lotions or oils on the service area.
Exfoliate 48 hours before your appointment.
For safety reasons, services cannot be performed on skin that is:
- sunburned, irritated, or broken
- affected by certain medications (including, but not limited to, Accutane or retinols).
All services are final and non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 48 hours- we're happy to offer a complimentary touch-up if needed.
Southern Smooth Wax Co. is a safe and respectful space. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service.
Appointments must be booked in advance to ensure dedicated time for each guest. A valid card is required to secure your appointment.
