Our administrative support is transitioning from phone contact to email-only support at info@spaonthehill.com. During this transition, we kindly request your patience, allowing our team 24 hours to respond to your inquiries, as we are currently experiencing a high volume of client support requests.

COVID-19 Vaccination

At this time we are only servicing clients in person that are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.  When reserving your appointment, you will be prompted to provide details including personal information and proof of vaccination. We value the security of your health information, so we take great care to comply with the requirements of the HIPAA Privacy Rules. Each therapist has been vaccinated and will be masked during the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

At the time of reservation, you will also be required to add a valid credit card and submit a deposit to secure your appointment request. We request this information as our cancellation policy is that all cancellations or requests to reschedule must be completed a minimum of 24 hours before your reservation. Failure to do so will result forfeiture of deposit.

Payment

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, SpaFinder gift cards, Spa on the Hill gift cards, and some Health Savings Accounts. Gift Cards MUST be booked using the GIFT CARD REDEMPTION TAB ONLY. Our therapists accept gratuities, cash is preferred. We do not accept returns or exchanges for seasonal sales, gift cards, packages, promotions, and memberships. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we ask that you email us at info@spaonthehill.com so we can provide further assistance.
