Thank you for checking out our policies, as these guidelines ensure the quality of all my services and are important for the sustainability of my business!

general
  • We are a welcoming all inclusive safe space for everyone!


  • Since we are a private hair studio, we are by appointment only.


  • Please come at your appointment time! Since we are a small space, I can only tend to one client at a time. Please allow me to open the door for you or send a text so I can buzz you in.


  • Please be mindful when bringing a guest as we are a small space. 1 guest only.


  • While we are a child friendly salon, I have a no-kids policy unless they have an appointment. We are a small space and being surrounded with chemicals and tools, it is hard to keep them safe!


  • We require clients to keep a valid credit/debit card on file to book.


  • Color services are priced on an hourly rate depending on the complexity of the service. Hourly pricing services are subjected to yearly increases.


  • If you have a specific budget, please let me know so I can better accommodate you.


  • We Accept: Credit/Debit Card, Apple/Google Pay, and exact cash only.


  • We are gratuity free, meaning tipping is not required. Feel free to leave us a review or refer us to a friend instead!



cancelations

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 25% the price of your scheduled appointment.


No Shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. This must be paid first in order to rebook in the future.

lateness

Please let us know if you will be late for any reason. We allow a grace period of 15 minutes in case of traffic/tardiness.


Not arriving on time could cause for a shorter appointment time and possibility of having to reschedule some or all services.


You are considered a No Show if it has been past 15 minutes with no prior notification of being late or cancelling.

refunds & adjustments

We do not offer refunds.


My goal is for you to leave happy!


If you need an adjustment within reason, please let us know within 7 days. Adjustment appointments are for the same week.



illness

I strive to keep my studio clean and healthy as possible! I will have masks on hand as well as hand sanitizer.


If you require to wear a mask and need me to wear one, please feel free to let me know! I am more than happy to make you feel comfortable.


Please cancel your appointment ASAP if you are feeling sick! I’ll be happy to accommodate for when you’re feeling better!
