Before Your First Massage

Please take a moment to review our policies. When booking, you’ll be prompted to complete a short online intake form. Plan to arrive a few minutes early so you have time to relax and settle in. During intake, we’ll talk about your goals, preferences, and any areas of focus for your session.

Parking & Accessibility

Located behind Calabria Restaurant. There is free parking in the shared lot, or there are designated spots available in front of the building marked "Well Rested Massage." If you are unable to find the studio, please call me at (508) 298-2498 for guidance. ADA accessible.

Privacy & Comfort Policy

Professional draping is used at all times — you are always covered except for the area being worked on. You can request adjustments to pressure, music, or silence during your massage. You may end a session at any time if you feel uncomfortable for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. First late cancellation: 50% fee. Thereafter: 100% fee. For future appointments, a card on file will be required.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to stay on schedule. Full fee applies. After 15 minutes, appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.

Illness Policy

Your health, and the health of everyone who visits Still Waters Massage by Karen O'Neill, matters. If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Please stay home if you have: fever, chills, flu-like symptoms, cough, sore-throat, congestion, stomach upset, vomiting, diarrhea, or any contagious illness (cold, flu, COVID-19, strep throat, etc.). If you are sick, please let us know as soon as possible.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Still Waters Massage by Karen O'Neill is a legitimate, professional massage therapy practice licensed by the State of Massachusetts. No sexual advances or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated. Session will end immediately, full session fee is due, future bookings will be blocked, and the incident reported to the local authorities.
