PILATESQUE: Wednesdays 10am and 7pm
Beginner Friendly
Hanna combines Pilates, Barre, Yoga, aerobics, and calisthenics practices to get your heart pumping with low impact cardio movements, tone your muscles with high rep/low or no weight resistance sets, and strengthen your entire core!
You do not need any prior experience in order to take this class. Demonstrations and modifications will be provided for beginners. If you are more advanced, you will have opportunities to intensify exercises.
FLOW YOGA: Wednesdays 12pm
All-Levels
Flow Yoga (called "Vinyasa") connects movement with the breath. This class is grounded in a warming, strengthening sequence, taking the body through many different postures and encouraging the deepening of the breath.Variations and hands-on adjustments are offered, so whether this is your first time on a yoga mat, or you're looking to deepen a year's-long practice, you'll find what you need here.
VINYASA YOGA: Mondays 6pm
All-levels
In this class you will move with intention as you flow through a series of poses and
connect with your breath. Movements will be fluid and hallenging, yet slow and intentional.
I hope vou'll leave feeling aligned. strong, and grounded.
HATHA YOGA: Saturdays 9am
Beginner Friendly
Enjoy a morning of slow flow warming up the body, mind and spirit for the weekend. The focus is in connecting with the body versus perfecting a pose, learning what your body needs in the moment, which shifts day to day. Leave feeling refreshed and ready to step into your day.
YIN YOGA: Sundays 6pm
Beginner Friendly
An evening of yin yoga to restore and replenish before the beginning of the week. Yin yoga targets the deep tissues of the body while in static postures, mostly on the mat. The benefits to the body continue even after the class and the practice strengthens the mental ability to be in the moment.
YOGA NIDRA: Sundays 7:30pm
Beginner Friendly
Our class will begin with gentle movements to relax our muscles and the nervous system. As we end our movement practice we will settle into a comfortable Savasana for the practice of Yoga Nidre “Yogic Sleep,” that will focus on giving ourselves permission to rest and heal for whatever lies ahead. Students will be woken from their Yogic Sleep with gentle sound healing music.
COMMUNITY BEGINNER YOGA: Every other Saturday 10:30am
Community beginner yoga is an accessible class, hosted with the intention to welcome all members of our community. Open to all at the low cost of $7, this class makes space for all levels, interests, and abilities. Are you curious what yoga is like? Do you just want to find some calm? Are you trying to take better care of your mind and body? Join us to create some space in the midst of the chaos of life, and connect with others looking to do the same.
