Your Appointment Time Is Reserved Just for You

At Studio Alyse, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of all guests and allow for proper scheduling, the following cancellation policy is in place.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with 48 hours or more notice may be moved without penalty.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.

No-Shows

Guests who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Late Arrivals

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to modify or reschedule their service to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Late arrival fees may apply when applicable.

Emergencies

I understand that emergencies, illness, and unexpected situations happen. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
