Frequently Asked Questions
- Most services offered are built as packages. Please be sure to read the descriptions of the service(s) you are considering in full, as they have a complete breakdown of what is included.
- Prices listed are base costs and may increase depending on length and density of your hair, typically where color is concerned.
- Length of time for appointments are estimates and are subject to change due to drying time, color processing, and/or extension installations so I ask for your patience while you're with me.
- Unless specified via Appointment Description/Consultation, you do not need to arrive to your appointment with clean hair.
- Please inform me at least 24 hours beforehand if your hair is matted, excessively tangled, or freshly out of a braided style. This will allow me time to adjust my schedule if need be, and/or inform you of any additional cost.
- Color Clients, please check your email prior to your appointment date for details on how to prep your hair for your service.
- Color services will not be rushed under any circumstance. Rushing = Damage. Please book your personal schedule accordingly.
- Color services will not be performed on first time guests without a consultation prior to the day of your desired appointment.
- With the exception of the Double Process (short) and Single Process (short) services, ALL color services require a color consultation
- Haircare consultations are not mandatory, but are strongly encouraged if you are unsure of the condition of your hair or what your hair goals are.
- If the appointment slot you want is not available, please add yourself to the WAITLIST. If an appointment becomes available on or near your desired appointment date, I will contact you.
