No, you don't need to come with your hair already washed and blow-dried. Please be sure to select the 'wash' option when booking your appointment, as this service must be included at the time of scheduling.
No, we do provide hair for most services with the exception of Sew-ins, crochet styles and loc-extensions. We always recommend booking a consultation if you are uncertain of the type of hair you need to purchase for the above services.
Deposits are Non-Refundable. to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hour's notice. the booking fee will be applied as a credit towards your next appointments. Cancellations made on the same day will forfeit the deposit, requiring a new deposit. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, we kindly ask that you reschedule. Appointments will be automatically canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
Yes, we do have four designated parking spots available at the back of the building. These spots are labeled "Azarra Salon and Wine". If those spots are occupied there is street meter parking located on Pacific Ave.
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and select payment apps (e.g., Zelle, CashApp). A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Due to the length of most services, we kindly ask that guests do not attend longer appointments. However, for shorter services, bringing a guest is totally fine. We do have a lobby and sitting area available for their comfort.
