I have been passionate about holistic wellness since early adulthood when I discovered yoga while in college. After graduating with my bachelor's in biochemistry and feeling unfulfilled in the corporate world, I traveled to Thailand for my 200 hour Yoga Teacher training and have been teaching ever since! A few years later I earned my Reiki Level II Certification.

After moving to Arizona from Illinois I felt called to continue learning. My passion for helping people feel more vibrant both physically and emotionally led me to massage school.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist I offer a variety of massage techniques-from Swedish and Sports Massage to Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki. Each treatment is tailored to your unique needs, guiding you toward relaxation, recovery, and rejuvenation.
