What happens if I arrive with mascara or makeup on my lashes?

If you arrive with mascara or makeup on your lashes, a lash bath will automatically be added to your service. This allows your lashes to be properly cleansed and prepared before your extensions are applied.

Please arrive with clean lashes whenever possible to maximize your appointment time.

Can I come with lash extensions from another artist?

Please contact The Allure Factor before booking if you currently have extensions from another lash artist. Depending on the condition and application of your existing extensions, a removal may be required before receiving a new set

Can I bring someone with me?

To maintain a peaceful, private, and distraction-free environment, no additional guests are permitted in the lash room while you are being serviced.

No children are permitted in the lash room while you are being serviced.

Lash appointments require a calm environment so you can relax and your lash artist can focus completely on your service.

What happens if I’m late?

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your service time or result in the need to reschedule, depending on the amount of time remaining.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, so please plan accordingly.

A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.

If you arrive within the 15-minute grace period, we will do our best to complete your scheduled service within the remaining appointment time.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, cancellation, or the need to reschedule your appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late and your appointment can no longer be accommodated, it will be considered a missed appointment.

What happens if I don’t show up for my appointment?

A no-show will require a deposit for future appointments.

This policy helps protect reserved appointment time and allows us to continue providing dedicated time and attention to each client.

A $45 no-show fee applies when you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice.

A no-show includes:

● Failing to arrive for your appointment

● Not contacting The Allure Factor before your scheduled appointment

● Arriving more than 15 minutes late when the appointment can no longer be accommodated

The $45 no-show fee must be paid before booking another appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations and rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to make a change to your appointment.

Can I get my lashes wet?

Yes, after 24-48 hrs. Proper cleansing is an important part of maintaining healthy lashes and good retention. Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your lash artist.

How should I care for my lash extensions?

Keep your lashes clean, gently cleanse them with a lash-safe cleanser, brush them carefully with a clean spoolie, and avoid rubbing, pulling, or picking at your extensions.

Why are my lashes shedding?

Some lash shedding is completely normal. Your natural lashes naturally grow and shed as part of their normal lash cycle, and your extensions shed along with them.

Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?

Yes. However, avoid oil-heavy products around the eyes and be gentle when removing makeup. Never tug or pull on your extensions.
