Appointment Policies
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide every client with the best possible experience, please review the following policies before booking.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for any services $150 or more to reserve your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay 100% of the service fee before booking future appointments.
Payment
Accepted payment methods are Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, Cashapp, Affirm or Cherry. Any remaining balance will be due at the time services are rendered.
Permanent Makeup Results
Permanent makeup is a multi-step process. Individual healing varies, and healed results cannot be guaranteed after a single appointment.
A 6 week perfecting session is included with your initial procedure to achieve the desired outcome.
Health & Safety
For your safety, services may be declined or rescheduled if contraindications are discovered at the time of your appointment.
Please review the Contraindications page prior to booking.
Late & Early Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early. My schedule can not accomidate sqeezing you in before your scheduled appointment time.
Guests
To maintain a calm, relaxing environment and minimize distractions during detailed procedures, please attend your appointment alone unless a caregiver is required.
Children
For everyone’s safety, children should not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a scheduled service.
Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of permanent makeup and beauty services, all services are final and non-refundable.
If concerns arise during healing, please contact us so we can discuss the appropriate next steps.

Touch-Up
The 6 week included perfecting session is valid up to 12 weeks after initial prodedure. After 12 weeks, you would need to schedule a regular touch up appointment a pay appropriate fee.
Previous PMU Clients
If another artist did the original work, approval is required before scheduling
