- Active business pages on social media


*Recommended Financial Preparations:*

- 1 month's worth of security deposit

- 2 months' worth of rent saved for emergencies


*Essential Tools and Supplies:*

- Basic tools and equipment for your services

- Towels and cleaning supplies for maintaining a hygienic workspace


*Professional Protections:*

- Current DBA (Doing Business As) registration

- New York State Salon Owner's License

- Liability insurance to protect yourself and your business

- Business insurance to safeguard your operations


By meeting these requirements and recommendations, you'll be well-prepared to succeed as a stylist in our salon suite rental.
