What hours are you open?

   We are open Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm and some Saturdays 9am-   1pm. Our stylists make their own schedules, so these days vary from stylist to stylist.


What services do you offer?

   We offer an array of different services and customize these services to each individual. In salon services include haircuts, color, perms, styling and facial waxing. We also offer on-site styling services for bridal parties in the region and have commercial experience that ranges from movies, music videos, commercials, photo shoots and more.


How do I schedule an appointment?

   You can conveniently schedule an appointment from your device using our online booking site Vagaro, or give us a call to speak with one of our stylists to schedule. 


Where can I park?

  There is ample parking available on the street in front of the salon, or at Howard Park which is across the street. 


How do I know what kind of appointment to book?

   We have descriptions of what each service includes on our booking page. If you are still unsure, you can give us a call or schedule a free consultation online to meet with your stylist and discuss your hair goals. 


How long do I have to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

   We send confirmation texts to all of our appointments as a courtesy reminder. If you do need to move your appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other guests. 


What if I'm not happy with my service?

   If you are not happy with your service, please reach out to us within two weeks to schedule a time to come in and make any adjustments needed. We want you to be happy and in most cases will not charge you an additional service fee if it is within two weeks of your initial appointment and we are just adjusting the style/color/etc. that you originally came in for.


How should my hair be when I come in for my appointment?

   You can have your hair styled however you would like when you come for your appointment. If you are getting a color service, we ask that you don't go more than two days without shampooing prior to your appointment to ensure the best results. If you are getting a style done for a special occasion, we ask that you have clean and dry hair so that we have a blank canvas to work our magic! For our clients with curly hair, we recommend having your hair styled how you normally wear it so that we can see how your curls look day to day. If you are ever unsure of what to do, give us a call!


Balayage vs. highlights- which is best for me?

   This is something that you and your stylist can discuss during a consultation or when you come in for your appointment. These are two different techniques used to create dimension or an overall brighter look. Highlights are typically placed and painted on the hair right up to the roots. Balayage is a technique that places the color further from your roots for a more "lived in" look which results in less regular maintenance. 


Do you offer keratin treatments?

   We do not offer keratin treatments but do offer a frizz reducing smoothing treatment from Amika. This treatment reduces frizz for curly and straight hair for up to 7 weeks making your styling routine much easier and quicker!
