Appointment Booking 

All gratuities must be provided in cash or through approved third-party mobile payment options.


Please be advised that all online appointments are subject to confirmation only upon receipt of the required deposit. If you can’t find a suitable slot online, please call or email us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. For more information about any of our services, feel free to reach out via call or email.


Please disclose any allergies to your stylist prior to the commencement of your service. The Dry Social will not be liable for any adverse reactions caused by our products. For safety reasons, children must not be left unattended in the salon due to hot tools, sharp instruments, and other sensitive equipment. To ensure a relaxing environment for everyone, we strongly recommend leaving children at home. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the early termination of your appointment.


Refunds are not available for services, products, or gift certificates. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.


Late Policy 

If you’re running late, please call us to check if we can accommodate. We can offer a grace period of up to 15 minutes from your appointment start time. Please be aware that a cancellation fee may apply after the grace period. If this issue persists, The Dry Social reserves the right to cancel all future appointments.


Cancellation Policy

We value the time and needs of every client. To help us provide the best services to as many clients as possible, we ask that if you must cancel your appointment, you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours of notice will be subjected to loss of deposite. Thank you for your understanding.
