Salon Policies

Metamorphosis Salon Policies


Appointments & Deposits

To honor your time and ours, a deposit is required for all appointments.

All services require a standard $35 deposit, with the exception of color services.


  1. Standard Services, Bridal Trials, Trainings, Coaching, etc.: $35 deposit due at booking
  2. Color Services: $75 deposit due at booking


All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.


If your deposit is not received within 24 hours of booking, your appointment will be canceled and offered to the next client.

No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and must provide valid documentation to rebook.


Premium Access Fees (Outside Business Hours)

Appointments outside regular business hours require pre-approval and a premium timing fee, which must be paid in full at booking.


  1. Before 9:00 AM (Wed-Sat): +$35
  2. After 5:00 PM (Wed-Fri): +$50
  3. Closed Days (Sun-Tues): Starting at +$75


These fees are non-refundable and are in addition to your regular service total. Premium access is limited and must be approved before booking.



Late Arrival & Grace Policy

Appointments include a 10-minute grace period.


  1. Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a $20 late fee
  2. Services may be shortened or adjusted if time is limited
  3. 15+ minutes late without communication = no-show
  4. Repeat lateness may affect your ability to pre-book future appointments



Cancellations & Rescheduling

Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.


  1. Cancels/reschedules within 24 hours = loss of deposit
  2. No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service
  3. Deposits are non-transferable to other clients or unrelated bookings
  4. No exceptions -- this ensures fairness to both the stylist and other clients on the waitlist



Guests, Children & Salon Environment

Metamorphosis is a space for peace, privacy, and purposeful care.


  1. No extra guests unless being serviced
  2. Children must be 12+ or transitioning to middle school and able to sit independently
  3. Clients arriving with unapproved guests or children may be asked to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited



Coaching, Education & Training Sessions

All 1-on-1 training sessions require a standard $35 deposit.


  1. Mini Technique Lessons must be booked as an add-on to a regular service
  2. Signature Style + Learn and Deep Dive Hair Mastery sessions include 10% off same-day retail
  3. Optional recap video may be added for $85
  4. Virtual follow-up support is not included unless booked separately



Bridal Policy

  1. Bridal Trial + Consult appointments require a $35 deposit
  2. Includes one trial style only
  3. Clients must bring any hair accessories, clip-ins, or veils
  4. If you haven't been seen in 90+ days, a Signature Session may be required before trial
  5. Wedding day bookings require a separate agreement and signed bridal contract


Content Creation Policy

At Metamorphosis, we believe in celebrating beauty, transformation, and education. As part of our ongoing content creation and brand storytelling, every service may be recorded, photographed, or livestreamed for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

Content is also used to help document your personal hair journey, showing your progress over time—from your first appointment to your latest transformation. Many of our clients love being able to look back and see how far they’ve come.

Clients will be notified at the beginning of each appointment and given the option to opt out. If no objection is made, we will proceed with capturing content respectfully and professionally.

We value your privacy, and no content will ever be used to embarrass or exploit. Our goal is to empower, uplift, and showcase the artistry of our work and the beauty of our clients.
