Due to the increasing number of new clients making appts, confirming the appt the day before, but then not showing up, I am now taking deposits for new clients. For manicure or pedicure appts, the deposit is $25, and for mani and pedi is $50. Those deposits will be applied towards the price of the service when you come in.  If you don't pay the invoice coming from me (it will come from square)  48 hours before the appt, I will cancel the appt. If you cancel the appt 24 hours before, I will refund your money minus the fees the credit card charges (3%). If you're trying to cancel past the 24 hours,  there is no refund. It is sad that it comes down to this,  but this is my job, this is how I pay for my existence!
