Your first session begins with a brief consultation to discuss your health history, goals, areas of concern, and any questions you may have. Every treatment is personalized to your needs that day, whether you're seeking pain relief, nervous system regulation, recovery, or relaxation.
Wear whatever you're comfortable in. Depending on your treatment, you may undress to your comfort level while remaining professionally draped throughout the entire session. Your privacy and comfort are always my priority.

This depends on your goals. Some clients benefit from monthly maintenance, while others experiencing chronic pain, injury recovery, post-operative swelling, or high physical stress may benefit from more frequent sessions. Together we'll create a treatment plan that works for your lifestyle.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be charged the full session fee. This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for you and allows the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client.
