What to Know Before You Visit

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. Please also fill out any forms before your appointment so we can better service you. The storefront is open Thursdays 12PM-6PM and Fridays 11AM-5PM. If your appointment is outside of those hours please ring the doorbell at the front door or text us to let us know you have arrived.


If you don't know where we are located and you are using GPS to find us it will take you to the plaza where Subway is. We are actually located around the corner next to Taco Bobs. Parking is in the front of the building facing McGillens Ave.


We ask that if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.  Any cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.  Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  Please understand that we uphold this policy, as it is very difficult to fill a spot last minute.  If you are within the 48 hour mark you will not be able to edit your appointment online, please contact your service provider or the spa directly by texting 269-271-9100.
