While we cannot guarantee zero sensitivity, any sensitivity experienced is not caused by our whitening gel, which contains no harsh chemicals or preservatives. Sensitivity is most often related to individual hydration levels. For best comfort and results, we strongly encourage clients to hydrate well in the 24 hours leading up to their appointment. We recommend drinking at least 100 ounces of water prior to treatment.
We cannot guarantee a specific shade outcome, as every smile is unique. Our whitening gel opens the pores of the teeth and targets stains up to three layers deep, allowing whitening to continue until your teeth reach their natural stopping point. This stopping point varies for each person and is influenced by genetics, natural tooth color, and daily habits.
Results vary for each client based on natural tooth color, enamel structure, and lifestyle habits. While exact results cannot be guaranteed, most clients enjoy their whitening results for an average of 3–6 months. To maintain optimal brightness, we strongly recommend retreating every 4 months.
Yes, dental work can be whitened with limitations. We can help remove surface stains from crowns, veneers, implants, and dentures, restoring them closer to their original manufacturer shade. However, dental restorations cannot be whitened beyond their original color and may not perfectly match natural teeth. Many clients are still very happy with their overall brighter smile. After each 20-minute whitening session, we assess progress together so you can decide whether you’d like to continue.
