The Wonder Year Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is The Wonder Year, located at 406 Dukes Court, Sartell, MN 56377 (“Sponsor”).

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on October 24, 2026, and ends on October 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Minnesota who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees of The Wonder Year and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter for free using either of the following methods during the Giveaway Period:

1. In person: Complete and submit a giveaway entry at The Wonder Year booth at the Kids and Parents Expo on October 24, 2026.
2. Online: Complete and submit the giveaway entry form on The Wonder Year website at https://mysite.vagaro.com/thewonderyear.

Limit one (1) entry per person per entry method, for a maximum of two (2) entries per person. Participants who enter both in person and online may receive two entries in the drawing.

No purchase, payment, consultation booking, or other paid service is required to enter or win. All eligible entries will be included in the same random drawing.

Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or illegible entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one consultation of their choice from the consultation services offered by The Wonder Year on its website at https://mysite.vagaro.com/thewonderyear, with an approximate retail value of $200.

The prize is limited to one consultation with a maximum value of $200. If the selected consultation costs less than $200, the winner will not receive the difference in cash or credit. If a selected consultation costs more than $200, the winner may select another eligible consultation valued at $200 or less. The winner may not pay the difference to upgrade the prize.

The prize is nontransferable, has no cash alternative, and may not be exchanged for cash. The consultation must be scheduled in accordance with The Wonder Year's booking procedures and availability.

No purchase or additional payment is required to claim or receive the consultation prize.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on October 25, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the giveaway are final, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The potential winner will be contacted by email on October 25, 2026, using the email address provided at entry.

The potential winner must reply to the notification email and register for their selected consultation within thirty (30) calendar days of the date the notification email is sent.

If the potential winner does not respond and complete the required registration within the thirty-day period, the prize will be forfeited. No alternate winner will be selected, and the prize will remain unclaimed.

The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect email addresses, undeliverable emails, spam filters, or a potential winner's failure to receive or respond to the notification.

The Sponsor will provide the winner with the information or documentation needed to claim the prize. The consultation may be scheduled for a later available date, subject to the Sponsor's booking availability.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and applicable laws.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to undermine the fair operation of the giveaway.

If circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway as permitted by law.

9. Privacy

Information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the potential winner, and facilitate prize redemption. Information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's applicable privacy practices.

Entry does not require consent to receive marketing emails or other promotional communications. Any marketing consent must be separate and optional.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Wonder Year and its owners, employees, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be waived.

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or other issues beyond its reasonable control that interfere with participation.

11. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with accepting or using the prize.

12. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

13. Event Disclaimer

This giveaway is sponsored solely by The Wonder Year. The Kids and Parents Expo is not a sponsor of, and is not responsible for, this giveaway unless otherwise agreed in writing.
