VINYASA
A dynamic flow designed to invigorate your body and soothe your mind. This class combines breath-synchronized movements to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Cultivate focus, peace, and intuition as you flow.
HATHA
This class incorporates gentle stretching, low-impact movements, and basic strengthening poses, while emphasizing proper alignment and breath work to increase flexibility, improve balance, and cultivate calm. No prior experience necessary – perfect for beginners or those seeking a slower practice.
YIN
A slow, meditative practice focused on deep stretching and stillness. Postures are held for several minutes to release tension and improve flexibility in the hips, spine, and joints. Great for all levels—come to unwind, reset, and reconnect.
HOT YOGA
Move, sweat, and breathe in this invigorating yoga class. Set in a heated room at 95°F, you’ll flow through a dynamic Vinyasa sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and focus. The heat deepens your practice, enhances detox, relaxes the mind, and helps bring you into a meditative state. Recommended for intermediate students—if you're new to yoga, start with my Hatha class to build a solid foundation.
