REQUIRED NOTICE:
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
DEPOSITS & REFUND:S:
- Refunds are not offered.
- Deposits and credits are honored according to the guidelines below.
- Established clients (3+ appointments per/year) may reschedule once per/year without proper notice to transfer deposit. Established clients must reschedule original appointment(s) for their deposit to transfer to a new appointment date.
ILLNESS & EMEERGENCIES
- Sickness or emergencies happen — for you and for me.
- If I need to reschedule due to illness or emergency affecting myself or my family, your appointment will be moved, your deposit carried over, and a $10 service credit applied to your account.
POLICY ENFORCEMENT:
- If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, or if this policy is challenged, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- Late cancellations or no-shows result in a 50% service charge. A 100% service charge is charged for no-shows on all complementary consultation services.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may limit future booking availability.

To create a smooth, respectful experience for everyone, clear communication helps keep the schedule fair, balanced, and welcoming for all guests. Appointments are reserved especially for you, and last-minute changes directly impact availability.
