Consultation Policy

REQUIRED CONSULTATIONS:

  1. Chemical services always require a consultation to ensure safety, precision, and the best results.
  2. New Head Spa clients seeking services for scalp or hair concerns must schedule a consultation along with a minimum 1-hour Head Spa session.


COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATIONS:

  1. Every client receives one free consultation — no service required — to discuss goals, assess hair or scalp health, and determine the best service.
  2. If your free consultation is not cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours, your card on file will be charged the full $25 no-show fee.


ADDITIONAL CONSULTATIONS:

  1. Any additional consultations are $25.
  2. If an additional consultation is not cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours, your card on file will be charged the full $25 no-show fee.


PURPOSE:

Consultations ensure your experience is personalized, and tailored to your goals, allowing me to curate the best plan for your hair and/or scalp.

CANCELLATION Policy

REQUIRED NOTICE:

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.


DEPOSITS & REFUND:S:

  1. Refunds are not offered.
  2. Deposits and credits are honored according to the guidelines below.
  3. Established clients (3+ appointments per/year) may reschedule once per/year without proper notice to transfer deposit. Established clients must reschedule original appointment(s) for their deposit to transfer to a new appointment date.


ILLNESS & EMEERGENCIES

  1. Sickness or emergencies happen — for you and for me.
  2. If I need to reschedule due to illness or emergency affecting myself or my family, your appointment will be moved, your deposit carried over, and a $10 service credit applied to your account.


POLICY ENFORCEMENT:

  1. If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, or if this policy is challenged, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
  2. Late cancellations or no-shows result in a 50% service charge. A 100% service charge is charged for no-shows on all complementary consultation services.
  3. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may limit future booking availability.


PURPOSE:

To create a smooth, respectful experience for everyone, clear communication helps keep the schedule fair, balanced, and welcoming for all guests. Appointments are reserved especially for you, and last-minute changes directly impact availability.

PAYMENT METHODS:

  1. American Express, Debit Card, Discover, Vagaro Pay Later, Visa and MasterCard. Cash is accepted, but NO Cash Till is present. Cash Back is not available.

PARKING:

  1. Free Parking located behind the Plaza building.

AGE POLICY:

  1. Services are available for clients 13 years and older. Children's cuts are not offered due to studio furnishings, tools, and safety considerations.
