Velvet Rose Razors Refund Policy

At Velvet Rose Razors, every service, membership, package, and retail offering is intentionally designed to create a personalized self-care experience. Because time, preparation, and availability are reserved specifically for each guest, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policies to protect both our clients and our business structure.


Membership Policy

All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By enrolling in a membership, clients are reserving recurring appointment availability, exclusive member benefits, pricing, and access to member-only offerings. Because these benefits begin immediately upon enrollment:

  1. Membership fees will not be refunded for unused services, missed appointments, partial usage, or cancellation requests.
  2. Memberships may not be transferred, shared, or exchanged for cash or other services.
  3. Complimentary member perks and discounts hold no cash value.
  4. Clients are responsible for managing and scheduling appointments within the membership term.
  5. Failure to use included services does not qualify for a refund or credit.

When a membership is in cancellation within your agreement terms, cancellation only stops future billing and does not create eligibility for refunds of prior payments.


Gift Card Policy

All gift card sales are final.

  1. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  2. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced.
  3. Gift cards may not be transferred for monetary reimbursement.
  4. Promotional gift cards or bonus credits may have expiration or usage restrictions.

Please treat gift cards like cash.


Service Packages & Bundles Policy

All service packages, prepaid sessions, and bundled offerings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Because package pricing is offered at a discounted or value-based rate:

  1. No refunds will be issued for partially used or unused packages.
  2. Packages cannot be split between individuals.
  3. Unused sessions hold no cash value.
  4. Expired packages will not be refunded or credited unless otherwise stated in writing.


Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This policy enables us to accommodate clients on our waitlist by making available time slots that may otherwise go unused. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service fee. In the event that a client fails to attend their appointment without prior notification, a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be applied. All Members and Package holders will be subject to the same policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it helps us maintain a high level of service for all clients. Thank you for your support in this matter.


Retail Product Policy

Due to sanitation and hygiene standards, opened or used retail products may not be returned or exchanged.

Unopened products may be eligible for exchange at management discretion within the designated return window of 10 days.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing a membership, package, service, or gift card, clients acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for services, memberships, packages, or gift cards that fall within these agreed terms may result in:

  1. Suspension of booking privileges
  2. Membership termination
  3. Collection efforts for unpaid balances


Policy Acknowledgement

By booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, package, or gift card, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to all Velvet Rose Razors policies.
