๐ฅ JOIN THE VICTORY BOXING TEAM โ PRINCE FREDERICK, MD
We're not hiring a trainer. We're looking for someone who's been waiting for this.
You've felt it before. That moment after a great session where you think โ I want to help someone else feel this.
Maybe you already box. Maybe you've been around fitness your whole life. Maybe you've never coached anyone officially, but every time you see someone struggle, something in you wants to step in and help.
That's who we're looking for.
Victory Boxing Gym is opening its first dedicated gym location in Southern Maryland in the next 6โ8 weeks, and Coach Will โ a trainer who has spent over 10 years transforming lives through boxing โ needs the right person beside him.
Not someone who punches in and punches out.
Someone who feels their client's victory like it's their own.
Before you apply, check yourself on these four things:
โ You're genuinely interested in boxing โ not just as exercise, but as a discipline
โ You feel different after you box โ lighter, clearer, more yourself
โ Something in you keeps pulling toward helping people reach their fitness goals
โ When a client hits a breakthrough, you feel it too
If all four of those are true โ keep reading.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll start as a training apprentice under Coach Will โ shadowing real sessions, learning his coaching methods, and building your skills from the ground up. This isn't a sit-and-watch internship.
You'll be on the floor from day one.
Beyond training sessions, you're part of running a great gym experience:
The best gyms in the world aren't great because of their equipment. They're great because of the people who show up every day and care.
What You'll Earn
During Training (First 2 Weeks)
After You Pass Training
What that looks like in real numbers: A trainer doing 20 hours/week base + 10 coached sessions earns roughly $540โ$720/week โ and that number grows as your client roster builds.
Who Coach Will Is
Coach Will has spent over 10 years coaching boxing and personal training in Southern Maryland. He's not opening this gym to make money. He's opening it because he believes boxing changes people โ their confidence, their discipline, their body, their life. He's seen it hundreds of times. He needs someone who believes that too.
This is a ground-floor opportunity at a gym that's already built a loyal community before it even has its own space. You won't just be an employee. You'll be part of building something.
If this message hit different โ reach out.
