Our Policy
A Deposit is required to book. Deposits are applied towards your service total.
Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours to get your full deposit.
Cancellation made less than 48 hours will result in 50% return on your deposit.
No shows will NOT receive a return on their deposit at all.
Late arrivals will receive a 15 minute grace period
If you're more than 15 minutes late, you will receive a $15 late fee.
More than 30 minutes late you will result in one having to reschedule, a loss in one's deposit, and a requirement to pay a new deposit upon rescheduling.
You MUST come to your appointments with your hair washed.
Your hair wash must not surpass 48 hours of cleanliness.
If you come with your hair unwashed, your appointment will be cancelled and your will have to reschedule your appointment and pay a new deposit.
No walk-ins allowed.
No pets allowed.
No guest or children allowed unless they're receiving services.
No refunds after service is received.
If there is an error, the consultant will fix it without an additional charge.
A $50 service charge fee will be required to all clients who receive services in Plymouth/Detroit location.

3 STEP PACKAGE
The Sisterlocks™ package comes in three steps: Consultation, Establishment, & Follow-Up.
CONSULTATION
STEP 1:
The consultation is the gathering and receiving information stage. You will receive 12 tester locs and learn how to properly braid and band your hair for wash cycles. You MUST come with hair clean & oil free.
STEP 1
ESTABLISHMENT
STEP 2:
After two weeks of wearing your tester locs and completing 1-2 proper wash cycles, you will return to your practitioner. Once tester locs have been examined, the establishment will begin which can take up to 3 days.
STEP 2
FOLLOW-UP
STEP 3:
The follow-up appointment will take place 4 weeks after your establishment. You practitioner will examine your locs, ask you questions, and provide you with your first retightening. You MUST arrive with your hair clean.

At Victory Locks LLC, we believe that beautiful locs starts with healthy hair. Dr. Joann Cornwell engineered several formulas specifically to support the hair through each locking stage. The first stage consist of using "Starter Shampoo" which is a clarifying shampoo that strengthens locs, prevents slippage, and build-up. While washing the scalp, be sure to use zig zag motions and scalp-to-tip motions helps to cleanse the scalp and protect the loc.
