Our Team

Hi, I'm Elisabeth!

I believe in holistic health and whole-body wellness. I dreamed up VidaPod, which I run with my husband, Rafael, as a space that invites vitality all year round.

We're both entrepreneurs here in Goshen. I offer separate services of therapy, spiritual direction and coaching, and Rafael is the co-founder and owner of LightBox, where he works in branding.

Why we created it

Many of us, myself included, struggle with the long, cold and gray winters of Northern Indiana. I walk alongside people who want support in addition to conventional medicine or mental health services. Not to mention that many of us are carrying a collective load of overstimulation and stress.

This past summer, inspiration hit. Out of the blue, I kept being drawn to the separate established concepts of pods, light therapies, and green spaces. They began to converge and VidaPod was born.

We created this for us all. Settle into a lush green space with several light therapies, grounding, soothing warmth, a water soundscape, and give yourself room to reset and recharge.
