Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations made less than 7 hours prior to the reservation will result in a loss and forfeiture of the 50% prepayment. Cancellations made more than 7 hours prior to the reservation will result in a credit of 50% prepayment to the client's account for future services. In the case of a no-show for a reservation, the client will forfeit the 50% prepayment and will also be charged the remaining 50% of the service cost for the booked reservation.

For appointments rescheduled less than 7 hours of reservation; client will lose and forfeit the 50% prepayment.

Earning Points: Earn 1 point for every dollar spent.

Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for discounted services.

• 300 Points: Redeem for $5 off any service. 
• 500 Points: Redeem for $10 off any service.
• 1,000 Points: Redeem for $15 off any service

Bonus Points: Earn extra points by leaving a written review or referring a friend.

Point Transfer: Clients may transfer their points to another client.

Expiration: Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
