Cancellations made less than 7 hours prior to the reservation will result in a loss and forfeiture of the 50% prepayment. Cancellations made more than 7 hours prior to the reservation will result in a credit of 50% prepayment to the client's account for future services. In the case of a no-show for a reservation, the client will forfeit the 50% prepayment and will also be charged the remaining 50% of the service cost for the booked reservation.
For appointments rescheduled less than 7 hours of reservation; client will lose and forfeit the 50% prepayment.
