Founded and operated by experienced nurses who live and work in the local community, Vital Flow was built on the belief that modern wellness treatments should be both accessible and medically responsible. The company combines clinical expertise with convenience, delivering safe and effective hydration and vitamin therapies to support energy, immunity, recovery, and overall well-being.
Vital Flow offers a range of services including IV vitamin infusions, hydration therapy, vitamin injections, and mobile wellness treatments. These services are ideal for individuals experiencing dehydration, fatigue, migraines, illness recovery, or anyone looking to proactively improve their wellness routine.
Safety is the top priority at Vital Flow. Every treatment is administered by highly experienced registered nurses and overseen by licensed medical professionals. All first-time clients complete a brief Good Faith Consultation with an experienced medical provider to ensure treatments are appropriate and safe. This consultation takes approximately five minutes, is valid for 12 months, and costs $30.
The company’s Medical Director is a trauma nurse practitioner practicing in Charleston, West Virginia, and Vital Flow’s consultation nurse practitioner specializes in IV vitamin therapy, providing an additional layer of expert evaluation and safety for clients.
Services are provided by appointment only at clean, welcoming office locations in Charleston, Hurricane, and Winfield, West Virginia, with plans for continued expansion across the state. For added convenience, Vital Flow also offers mobile services, allowing clients to receive treatments at home, work, hotels, or events. A small $15 mobile service fee covers travel and setup.

Superior service, Safety is Priority
Here at Vital Flow, Safety is priority. Our Nurses have practiced Nursing for many years and have experience in multiple fields of Nursing. To provide the highest quality and robust products a Medical Professional is included in all services. That’s why all first time infusions have a Good Faith Consultation with an Experienced Medical Provider. This Consultation takes 5 mins and has to be done every 12 months. The Consultation is $30.

Tabitha Waugh is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan. She is committed to building strong, trusting relationships with her patients by delivering care grounded in empathy, respect, and open communication.
With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Tabitha has extensive clinical expertise in acute care medicine, critical care, chronic disease management, preventive medicine, and weight management. Her diverse background allows her to approach patient care with a comprehensive understanding of both immediate and long-term health needs.
Tabitha believes that education is a vital part of healthcare and works closely with her patients to ensure they have the knowledge and resources needed to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. Her approach combines clinical excellence with compassionate care, ensuring every patient feels heard, supported, and valued throughout their healthcare journey.
Pharmacist
Dr. Nikki Hamm is a registered pharmacist with more than 20 years of healthcare experience in corporate retail, independently owned pharmacies, and hospital inpatient pharmacy settings. Her extensive background includes assisting with patient care plans and providing education on medication therapy and lifestyle modifications to support improved health outcomes.
Throughout her career, Dr. Hamm has developed strong clinical insight, critical thinking skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care. She is dedicated to helping individuals better understand their treatment options and make informed decisions about their health.
