At Wholeness Within Integrative Care, healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Each person’s nervous system carries a unique story—of resilience, protection, and adaptation. My approach honors this individuality by integrating somatic and brain-based therapies that support the body, mind, and brain in working together toward lasting change.
I offer an integrative model that draws from Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic EMDR, and Neurofeedback. Each of these modalities offers a distinct doorway into healing—and together, they create a comprehensive framework for restoring balance and wholeness.
Somatic work helps you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom and release patterns of stress or trauma held in the nervous system. By building awareness and cultivating safety within, you begin to restore regulation and presence in daily life.
IFS offers a compassionate way to understand and integrate the different parts of yourself—those that protect, those that carry pain, and the deeper Self that holds calm and clarity. Through this process, you can find inner harmony and healing from the inside out.
Combining the gentle body awareness of somatic work with the evidence-based structure of EMDR, this approach helps the brain and body safely process traumatic memories. You stay grounded in the present as your system releases what has been stuck, opening space for resilience and relief.
Neurofeedback trains the brain to self-regulate and find steadiness. Using the BrainPaint system, visual and auditory feedback guide your brain toward more balanced patterns that support calm, focus, and emotional flexibility. Each client receives a personalized protocol based on their unique brain function, with support throughout every session.
Together, these modalities form a deeply integrative path to healing—one that honors the wisdom of your body, the complexity of your inner world, and the remarkable adaptability of your brain. My role is to guide you with presence and care as you reconnect with your natural capacity for safety, resilience, and wholeness.
