In the Intro to Bungee class, participants will explore the fundamentals of bungee movement, mastering techniques that allow them to soar gracefully through the air. This course is designed for beginners, focusing on building confidence and skills necessary for an exhilarating bungee experience. We are going to Wing It and figure it out!
Level 1 Bungee is designed for participants who have successfully completed two Intro classes. In this course, we will enhance your foundational skills learned in the Intro to Bungee, introducing new techniques and movements to elevate your bungee experience. We will conclude this class with a buns and guns workout.
Level 2 Bungee enhances the foundational skills acquired in Level 1, allowing participants to refine their techniques while intensifying their workouts. Focusing on speed and agility, this class elevates your bungee fitness with advanced movements and routines, concluding with a session of resistance training to further boost strength and endurance.
Golden Bungee is designed for individuals in their golden years or anyone seeking a gentler, slower-paced exercise experience. Participants will enjoy a supportive environment that encourages movement and balance while enhancing overall wellness and strength.
