BEFORE YOU BOOK

At Yeung Studios, every appointment is intentionally scheduled to give you a calm, personalized experience.

To ensure everything runs smoothly for both you and future clients, please review the following guidelines before booking

Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total at checkout.

Appointments are reserved specifically for you, so once booked, that time is held just for your visit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may result in loss of future booking privileges.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service.

Clients arriving 10+ minutes late without notice may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a missed appointment.

New Clients

All new clients are required to complete a waiver form prior to their appointment.

This helps ensure your service is safe, customized, and aligned with your needs.

Guests & Studio Environment

To maintain a calm and relaxing space, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment solo when possible.

As this is a private studio, the exact address will be provided after booking confirmation.

Payments & Refunds

All services are final sale.

If you have any concerns, please reach out within 24 hours so we can make it right.
