Appointments are reserved especially for you. As last-minute cancellations and changes can make it very difficult to refill an appointment space, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation and no-show charges may be taken from your stored payment card or, where applicable, an invoice may be issued by email.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
For your safety, and in accordance with product manufacturers’ guidelines and insurance requirements, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before any eye or brow treatment, unless specifically excluded below.
Patch testing is required for applicable treatments including, but not limited to, treatments involving products applied to or around the eyes and brows.
A patch test is not routinely required for waxing or lash extensions, unless circumstances indicate that one is necessary.
If it has been 6 months or more since your previous appointment, a new patch test will be required where applicable.
A further patch test may also be required if there have been any changes to your medical history, medication, allergies, pregnancy status, skin condition or other relevant circumstances since your previous visit.
A patch test for lash extensions may be required depending on individual circumstances, including pregnancy, health history, allergies, sensitivities or other relevant factors. This will be assessed where appropriate.
If a required patch test has not been completed within the required timeframe, the treatment may need to be changed, postponed or cancelled. This will be for your safety and in accordance with product manufacturer and insurance requirements.
A patch test is not a guarantee that a reaction will not occur. Please inform me of any known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications or other relevant changes before your treatment.
For safety, insurance and treatment-room reasons, children are not permitted at appointments.
Please attend your appointment alone unless an accompanying person has been agreed in advance.
If you arrive with a child or an unauthorised additional guest, your treatment may not be able to go ahead and the cancellation policy may apply.
Payment for appointments is cash only and is due at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation and no-show fees are separate from the standard appointment payment process and may be charged to your stored payment card or invoiced by email, as outlined in the Cancellation Policy above.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information about any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures or other circumstances that may affect your treatment. This will be requested to provide via consultation form.
Please inform me of any relevant changes before your appointment.
For your safety, I reserve the right to decline, modify or postpone a treatment where I believe it may be unsuitable or unsafe to proceed.
All treatments are subject to an assessment of suitability. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable due to a contraindication, skin condition, allergy, patch-test result or other safety concern, the treatment may be refused or an alternative treatment may be recommended.
Where a treatment cannot safely be carried out due to a contraindication or other circumstance outside of my control, this does not constitute a failure to provide the service.
