You can begin exfoliating 2-3 times per week prior to your appointment and moisturizing daily. This will help with achieving a smoother wax.

Taking any antibiotic can make you more sensitive to the pain. Steroids and blood thinners can thin out your skin and make you more susceptible to having your skin lift while waxing, however most medications are okay.
YOU CAN NOT WAX if you are on cancer treatments or any oral and most topical acne medications.
YES! However, we do require you to wear an internal barrier for example a tampon, cup, sponge, disk while the service is being performed.
We do have tampons available in our restroom for free.
Keep in mind that you can be more sensitive to the pain right before and during your period.
No sex, no exercise, no tight clothing for 24hrs post wax. Avoid anything that can cause friction or irritation. No pools, hot tubs, no soaps with fragrance. If you do shower after your appointment do not scrub or use any soap with fragrance and moisturize immediately after while the skin is still moist.
Begin exfoliating 3 days after your wax appointment and continue to moisturize 2-3 times per week up until your next wax.
