Need to cancel ?

We require that you cancel 24hrs in advance or a fee will apply. We understand that emergencies happen, but please communicate with us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Running Late ?

We understand that things happen but due to a tight schedule you are considered a NO-SHOW 5 minutes into your scheduled time and a fee may apply. Please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you or reschedule you.

no show ?

If you no show an appointment there is a 50% fee for what the total would have been for the services scheduled. Please just give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you. After 2 no-showed appointments  or 2 cancels after the 24hr notice you will no longer be able to pre-book and will have to do same day appointments only.
