PAYMENT

•  If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible.

    •  Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late may forfeit their appointment if I’m unable to accommodate the delay. In that case, your deposit will be lost.

    • As I typically book clients back-to-back, it’s important that I have the full scheduled time to provide the best results.

    • If your appointment is canceled due to lateness, you’re welcome to reschedule—but a new deposit will be required.

• Previous permanent makeup done by another artist is not considered a touch-up. I do not offer touch-ups on work I didn’t originally perform.

    • If you’ve had prior work, it will be treated as a correction or cover-up, and approval is required before booking.

    • These appointments are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

    • Correction and cover-up services start at $550, with final pricing based on the current condition of your brows, lips and/or eyeliner.

    • Please note: results can vary with correction work, and multiple sessions may be needed. I’ll always do my best to set realistic expectations and create the best possible outcome for your unique case.

• Permanent makeup is a two-step process. A touch-up is highly recommended 6 to 8 weeks after your initial appointment to perfect shape, seal in pigment, and ensure long-lasting results.

    • Touch-ups are not included in the initial service price. The cost of a 6–8-week touch-up is $250, and it will be scheduled at the time of your first appointment. This service is also available for online booking.

    • The cost of touch-ups varies depending on the time passed since your original appointment; please refer to the booking site for updated pricing.

  • Proper aftercare is crucial—failure to follow before and aftercare instructions can compromise your results.

    • The healing process for brows can take up to 14 days, and 7 days for lip blush or eyeliner.

    • During healing, no heavy sweating or intense workouts—I know this can be tough for fitness lovers, but it’s essential for optimal healing and results.

   • No guests allowed in the studio—this includes children, pets, or additional visitors. This is to maintain a clean, professional environment and prevent cross-contamination or distractions. No exceptions.

    • Results will vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, existing brow hair, bone structure, and medications.

    • Permanent makeup is an art, not a science. While I strive for perfection, I cannot guarantee exact results. Some clients may still choose to use brow makeup to enhance their look. PMU is low maintenance—not no maintenance.

• Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to decline service to anyone at my discretion.

    • Pricing: All service prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

    • No Refunds: Due to the nature of these services, no refunds will be issued once a procedure has been performed.
