Non-Refundable Deposits

There is a 50 percent deposit due at the time of scheduling for all services. This deposit is applied towards the cost of the service and will be automatically charged to the card on file used to schedule the appointment. Salon credit will be given if you cancel your appointment within our cancellation guidelines. We do not give refunds.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We’ve worked hard to provide our clients with the highest quality service over the years and take pride in our exceptionally talented staff. So that we may continue providing you our best, we’ve created this cancelation agreement that honors your time and commitment to yourself, while also respecting the time of our service providers. We understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary; however, we require at least a 24-hour notice for an appointment to be rescheduled or canceled. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will forfeit your deposit. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment time without any notice, you will forfeit your deposit. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be canceled to adhere to our strict 24-hour cancelation policy. If the appointment can be filled, no billing will be made.

Class Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your class up to 48 hours before the class begins and request to receive a full refund. If cancellation is made the day of you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 90 days.
