Nonrefundable Appointment Reservation Deposit Policy

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment at Columbus Skin Care Salon. This deposit reserves a specific date, time, and service provider exclusively for you. Once booked, that time is removed from availability and held for your appointment.

When you attend your appointment, the deposit is applied toward your service total.

If you fail to attend, the deposit is forfeited and retained as payment for the reserved appointment time, even though no treatment was performed.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance qualify for salon credit. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice result in forfeiture of the deposit.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. All deposits are nonrefundable.

At Columbus Skin Care Salon, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

24 Hours or More: Your nonrefundable reservation deposit will be transferred to salon credit for future services.

Less Than 24 Hours: Your reservation deposit is forfeited as payment for the appointment time held exclusively for you.

No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend without notice forfeit their reservation deposit and are responsible for the full scheduled service amount, including the deposit already paid. Any remaining balance may be charged to the card on file, as authorized during booking.

Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and forfeiture of your deposit.
