Meet the founder!!
From a young age, dance and fitness have been central to Stephanie’s life. Growing up in an active family, she cherished old dance films and enjoyed watching her parents dance together. Now, as a wife, mother, and teacher, she aims to share her passion for dance, wellness, and lifelong fitness. Stephanie loves collaborating and helping people achieve their goals, fostering opportunities for mutual growth. Her heart-centered approach influences every aspect of her life—wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, and teacher—emphasizing presence, intention, and purpose. Her inspiration comes from her husband Steven and their five children: Zoe, Tori, Eden, Vaughn, and August.
Stephanie has been a Dance Faculty member at NKU for 18 years, a Dance Prep Coordinator for 4 years, and a Dance Troupe Director for 4 years. She also taught at Xavier University for 5 years. As a Master Teacher and Guest Artist-in-Residence with PCH Dance Company in Park City, Utah, and as a collaborator with Bone and Fiddle Arts Collective, Stephanie has organized numerous dance workshops in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. She served as a master Pilates Instructor with WTS International, Life Force Fitness, Forward Fitness, and Pendleton Pilates.
