What should you expect with our small-group training?
Put simply, we live in Vermont with a thriving outdoor community and we want to make sure we are helping our community get stronger and move better for whatever their hobbies of choice are. This translates to our strength and mobility classes including exercises that are going to make our upper backs stronger for our running and biking postures. It means that we're improving hip flexion, ankle mobility and hamstring strength in an effort to provide better movement patterns to try and limit overuse injuries. We work on load management to help us with the season of sports we're in, not to make us so sore we can't have fun outdoors. Each day has a different focus to make us the best, most well-rounded athletes and humans. And even if you're not into the outdoors, these classes are meant to make everyone's lives more enjoyable, fun and pain-free.
