Esthetics by Kelsey reserves space in their schedule for all clients, new and current, for up to 3 months to ensure you have your desired spot for your treatment. As a small business, a cancellation policy supports the costs of the business to ensure it can maintain operations when last minute changes arise.
The policy is as follows:
Esthetics by Kelsey is appointment based. Our clients are very important to us and your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to offer the appointment time to clients on our waiting list.
The online booking system sends out multiple reminders, including 48 hour and 24 hour text and email notifications. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrival or cancellation fees. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will now be applied to your card or invoiced to you:
Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time: No charges will apply
Notification given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time: 50% of your service will be charged
Failure to show up for your appointment: 50% charge of service amount
Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and will be subject to the cancellation/no-show policy.
Repeated late cancellations will require a deposit for all future appointments.
