What makes Esthetics by Kelsey so unique?

At Esthetics by Kelsey, my heart lies in embracing a holistic philosophy towards skincare. It's not simply about treating the skin's surface, I dive deeper, uncovering and nurturing the underlying factors that truly effect your skins health. My approach is to envelop you in a multi-sensory experience that harmonizes and rejuvenates, crafting personalized facials, and treatments that honor your skin narrative and requirements. Is Esthetics by Kelsey accepting new clients?

Esthetics by Kelsey is always accepting new clients, however immediate availability is rare. In order to get notifications on availablity, you'll want to add yourself to my waitlist via your Vagaro booking. 

Does Esthetics by Kelsey have a cancellation policy?

Yes. You can view the policy on your Vagaro forms in your account and it's also listed here.

Not sure what treatment to have, what do you suggest?

Each individual facial is customized to your skin's likings, where a personalized treatment plan is curated for you. Your treatment includes a thorough consultation  and comprehensive skin analysis. By weighing elements such as your skin history and lifestyle factors that influence the health of your skin, I can construct a roadmap of treatments and products that will lead you to your healthiest skin ever.  Alternatively, you can't go wrong with starting out with a 60 minute custom facial!

Where do I park?

I am located behind the PT plus physical therapy building, within Willow Health and Wellness Center . There is ample parking with access to any of the lots just footsteps away from the entrance. 

Can I bring children with me?

Unfortunately due to safety reasons, and liability risks, children are not permitted in to the treatment room.

Do I need to rebook my treatment if I am sick?

Please refer to my cancellation, no show, rescheduling policy. If you are sick or feeling unwell, please rebook your appointment for another day/time. 

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

Please refer to my cancelation, no show, rescheduling policy. I kindly ask for 24 hours notice or more when changing or canceling appointments. The system does send multiple appointment reminders via text and email prior to your appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice for an appointment change, no show or cancellation, will result in 50% of the service due. 

How do I purchase Gift Certificates?

Gift certificates can be purchased here. You can gift an e-card to yourself or the receiver. I also offer a physical hard copy in person for pick up. Please go to services, and select "In store gift card purchase" to select a time and day to come pick up the physical copy.

Am I able to use a Gift Certificate from a prior establishment?

ALL  giftcards from ANY prior establishment are no longer accepted with Esthetics by Kelsey since I am now a separate business and cannot run these old gift cards through my system. Multiple reminders and several notices were sent out prior to their expiration as of March 1, 2025. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can I purchase products online?

YES! Select the tab "SHOP" to shop my new online store for products, gifts and more. 

When can I expect my order to ship?

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing, this excludes weekends and holidays. Please be aware I source directly via the manufacture and shipping times can vary. Typically, you will receive your order within 1 - 2 weeks. 

Are your treatments suitable for all skin types?

My door is wide open to embrace every skin type with the beauty of my custom facial treatments and other beauty services. Whether your skin whispers of sensitivity, speaks volumes about your years of wisdom, or yearns for a breath of rejuvenation, my personalized approach ensures that your unique skin story is heard and honored. Every treatment is meticulously tailored to meet the distinct needs of your skin, ensuring an experience that is as unique as you are. 

How often should I get a facial?

The fréquence of facials depends on your skin type, concerns and goals. Generally speaking, I recommend every 4-6 weeks to maintain optimal skin health. 

How can I prepare for my facial treatment?

To prepare for your facial, I recommend avoiding any harsh skin treatments or exfoliating products for at least 48 hours before your appointment. It's also important to stay hydrated and inform me of any skin changes, sensitivities or allergies.

What should I do after my facial treatment?

After your treatment, I suggest ensuring you remain well hydrated, let the products soak in and continue to penetrate the skin, limit sun exposure, always safe guarding your skin with broad spectrum SPF. 


To allow your skin the time it needs to rejuvenate, please refrain from using any exfoliating products or tools for a minimum of a week. Additionally, to support the best possible outcome for your skin, I advise against partaking in activities that could induce excessive sweating, such as intense physical exercises, sauna visits, or swimming for at least 24 hours post-treatment. 


Please be aware that certain treatments may require specialized aftercare and instructions, which we will be sure to discuss with you during your appointment. I am committed to ensuring your skin receives the utmost care and attention it deserves, both during and after your appointment.
