Updated Booking Terms & Important Information



Thank you so much for booking with Fleur’s Beauty Room and Skin Clinic. Please take a moment to carefully read our updated booking terms, which now apply to all clients moving forward.





Booking Fee Requirement



A 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will be automatically charged to the card stored on your account.


For clients who are already booked and regularly rebook, the 50% booking fee will be manually processed the week before your appointment using the card securely stored on your account.


Appointments cannot be booked or confirmed without payment of the 50% booking fee.


Important:

If you have booked a course and are paying via our Glow Now Pay Later scheme, this process is different and does not apply to you.

If you are on a membership, these booking fee terms also do not apply.


This policy is for appointments booked on a pay-as-you-go basis.





Booking System Update



  1. New consultation forms will now be sent to all clients and must be fully completed before your first appointment.
  2. These forms will require your card details, which will be securely stored within Vagaro’s PCI-compliant system.
  3. Appointments will not proceed without a completed consultation form and securely stored card details.






Card Capture – What This Means



When you provide your card details, they are securely stored using an encrypted, PCI-compliant system (card capture).


Your stored card will only ever be used in the following cases:


  1. Payment of booking fees
  2. Late cancellations
  3. No-shows



Your card will not be charged without your prior agreement, except in these outlined situations.


Card Security:


  1. Card details are not stored on my personal device or Vagaro’s servers directly.
  2. All sensitive data is encrypted and processed by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider.
  3. I never have access to your full card number.






Cancelling on Non-Working Days



If you need to cancel your appointment and it falls on my non-working days: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and your appointment is scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, please cancel directly via the Vagaro app.


I will not be available to respond to messages or process cancellations manually on non-working days.


Failure to cancel in the required timeframe may result in losing your booking fee or being charged the full appointment cost in line with the cancellation policy.





Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy



  1. The 50% booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from your final balance.
  2. The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel late or fail to attend, as it covers reserved time and resources.
  3. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and without a valid reason will result in forfeiting the booking fee.
  4. No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost.






Final Notice



These terms and conditions are non-negotiable and apply to all clients without exception.

By booking an appointment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
