*Membership and Visit Guidelines
Membership is based on a 30 day time-frame. You must purchase a membership before you can use any sessions. Each session you use is deducted from your total, and any unused sessions expire 30 days from the purchase date. Please be aware that memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. You'll need to provide a photo for your customer profile to verify your identity and protect your benefits. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid forfeiting your session. A $25 fee will be applied for no-call /no-show session.To ensure a smooth experience, appointments are recommended.
