*Membership and Visit Guidelines

For a smooth and enjoyable experience at Halo Haven, we recommend scheduling appointments in advance. All memberships require a minimum three-month commitment with automatic monthly renewals, charged to your credit/debit card on your anniversary date. You authorize Halo Haven to charge your card monthly for the initial three-month period and continuously thereafter, as agreed upon by both parties. Membership must be purchased before sessions can be utilized, and each session used reduces your total available sessions. All monthly membership sessions must be redeemed within 30 days from the purchase date; unused sessions do not accrue and will be forfeited at month-end. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid forfeiture of your session due to "no-call, no-show" appointments. Please note that all membership charges are non-refundable, and membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared. To protect your membership benefits, we require a photo to be taken and electronically attached to your customer profile.
