Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped out within 48 hours with the exception of Sundays, federal holidays, and inclement weather.


We currently only ship to the continental U.S.


Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. And then several more. HaHa

Where is my order?

If you have not received your order after 14 days, please email us at crew@jamesmalone.com and then Russell and Millie will yell at each other over who forgot to ship your order.



Return Policy


30 days or less since purchase: Full refund for unopened/unused items in their original packaging. 


More than 30 days: Store credit in form of gift card upon approval. Gift card rules apply. Must be unopened/unused items in their original packaging.


 Non-returnable/refundable items: Gift cards, final sale items, item prices ending in .99, used/opened items, any hair accessory 


Defective items: Please email us crew@jamesmalone.com



James Malone Collective reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds for customer that abuse the return policy. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, persistent returning of partially used products, trying to return used product as unused or trying to return outside of the 30 day window.
