About Katie
Hello! My name is Katie Nguyen and I have been a nail technician for 25 years! I came to the U.S. in 2001 and had done nails in Georgia, South Carolina, and Texas.
Being the mother of two lovely daughters, I'm doing my best to not only give the best experience for my customers but to also support myself and my family.

Yes I can but it depends on the design. Please provide a photo of what type of design you would like before the appointment.
Katie's Nail Haven offers a variety of services such as manicures, pedicures, and waxing. All listed services can be found in the Services category at the top of the website.
Katie's Nail Haven accepts different payment options! You can either pay by cash, debit card, credit card, or online payment services such as Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. We do not accept checks!
There is a 30$ cancellation fee if a client does not call and show up. Additional fee(s) related services are mentioned when purchasing a service. As an example, if a client comes in wanting to get takeoff but does not pay for the fee to do so, they can either pay upfront or reschedule their booking.
On the date of the appointment, if a client does not call and show up, they will be charged a 30$ cancellation fee. The fee also applies if the client fails to cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the appointment. If an emergency (Ex. car accident, family emergency, etc.)were to come up, please call Katie's Nail Haven to reschedule.
Katie's Nail Haven has a ten minute grace period after the appointment if there is no other client booked after them.
