BOOK LEVEL 0/1

If your child...

  1. Needs help floating or getting back to the wall.
  2. Will not put their face/eyes in the water.
  3. Cannot swim 15 feet without a floatie or help.
  4. Goal: Water safety & basic survival.

BOOK LEVEL 2

If your child...

  1. Is 100% comfortable underwater.
  2. Can swim 15 feet "doggy paddle" or basic freestyle alone.
  3. Needs to learn side breathing, backstroke, or breaststroke.
  4. Goal: Technique & learning the strokes.

BOOK LEVEL 3+

If your child...

  1. Can swim 25 yards (one length) of Freestyle with side breathing.
  2. Can swim 25 yards of Backstroke.
  3. Needs to build endurance for a swim team.
  4. Goal: Distance, speed, & legal stroke mechanics.
