Not all manual lymphatic drainage therapists or providers have the same level of education and clinical training. As a LANA Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT-LANA) through the Lymphology Association of North America - the gold standard credential in lymphedema and lymphatic care - I have completed advanced training and demonstrated expertise in understanding, evaluating, and treating the lymphatic system. This nationally recognized certification reflects a commitment to the highest standards of patient care and evidenced-based practice.

In addition to my LANA certification, I am a Certified Holistic Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner and have over 11 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist specializing in lymphedema, edema management, post-surgical swelling, acute and intensive care, and complex edema conditions. This extensive medical background allows me to understand not only how to perform lymphatic drainage, but also understand when techniques should be modified to ensure they are safe and provide maximal efficacy based on your medical history, surgical history, and unique situation... which is why I require the information that I do on the initial intake form. It is to best serve you and make you the best version of yourself.

Whether you are seeking lymphatic drainage or lymphatic massage therapy for post-operative recovery, swelling reduction, wellness, detoxification, immune support, or aesthetic benefits, you can feel confident knowing that YOUR care is backed by advanced medical knowledge, specialized certifications, and years of hands-on clinical experience. My goal is to provide personalized, evidenced-based treatment that helps you body function at its best while delivering a relaxing and restorative experience.
