LIVIN’IT Hip Hop Inspired Dance Class

A 60-minute, high-energy hip-hop dance workout. Fresh street-style choreography plus big muscle moves—squats, jumping jacks, and standing core—to deliver a fun, full-body burn.


LIVIN’IT Power Dance Class

A total-body class in one stop: cardio, strength, and stretch. We start with choreographed dance, move into weights and bodyweight training to tone and lengthen, then finish on the floor with mindful pelvic work and gentle stretching.


STRETCH & BREATHE POP-UP CLASS DETAILS:

  1. Body Assessment
  2. Introduction to breathwork (benefits & easy rhythms to use in your daily life)
  3. Intentional stretching (standing, sitting, static/passive stretching & optional use of props)
  4. In-depth breathwork to end our session


BREATHWORK stimulates the Parasympathetic Nervous System (rest & digest system) oxygenating your blood as you mindfully inhale and removing carbon dioxide, a waste product of cellular respiration, as you slowly exhale. This exercise improves your overall cellular function, supporting healthy brain activity & promoting overall good health.

SLOW & INTENTIONAL STRETCHING gently releases fascia, removing tension in achy muscles & releasing joints. This promotes easier movement, increase blood flow/circulation & overall wellbeing.
