LIVIN'IT DANCEFIT CLASS DETAILS:

Join us for 60 minutes of fun, heart-pounding dance that will challenge and reward you all at the same time. The choreography is fresh and inspired by current street hip-hop moves. We incorporate big muscle movements, such as squats, jumping jacks, and standing core work, to accomplish a full-body experience.


LIVIN'IT DANCE & STRENGTH CLASS DETAILS:

Join us for the one-stop class that addresses all your exercise needs (cardio + strength + stretch). We begin class with fun, choreographed dance to get our hearts pumping & our muscles/joints flowing. Then we add weights & bodyweight training to strengthen, tone and elongate our beautiful muscles. We end on the floor with mindful pelvic work and gentle stretching.

STRETCH & BREATHE POP-UP CLASS DETAILS:

FLOW

  1. Body Assessment
  2. Introduction to breathwork (benefits & easy rhythms to use in your daily life)
  3. Intentional stretching (standing, sitting, static/passive stretching & optional use of props)
  4. In-depth breathwork to end our session


BREATHWORK stimulates the Parasympathetic Nervous System (rest & digest system) oxygenating your blood as you mindfully inhale and removing carbon dioxide, a waste product of cellular respiration, as you slowly exhale. This exercise improves your overall cellular function, supporting healthy brain activity & promoting overall good health.

SLOW & INTENTIONAL STRETCHING gently releases fascia, removing tension in achy muscles & releasing joints. This promotes easier movement, increase blood flow/circulation & overall wellbeing.
